What we collect
When you submit an enquiry through this site, we collect the information you provide: your name, contact details, and the message you write. We do not collect any information beyond what you choose to give us. No tracking cookies, no behavioural profiling.
Why we collect it
Your details are used solely to respond to your enquiry and, where an engagement follows, to manage that working relationship. We do not use your information for marketing without your explicit agreement.
Who sees your information
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. The only exceptions are service providers necessary to operate this site — such as our hosting and email infrastructure — who are bound by their own data protection obligations. We share the minimum information required for those services to function.
Photography
Photographs of clients are taken only with written consent, agreed per engagement contract before any session. You may withdraw consent in writing at any time, and we will remove the relevant images from our records and any published materials within 14 days.
Data removal
You may request the deletion of any personal data we hold at any time. Write to us at karumbidzaallen21@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Removal Request" and we will action it within 14 days.
Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Any dispute will be handled under Zimbabwean law, in Zimbabwean courts.
