The content on this site — service descriptions, process outlines, portfolio work — is provided for information only. Nothing here constitutes a binding offer or contract. A working relationship begins only when both parties have signed an engagement contract.
Quotes and validity
All quotes are issued in writing, signed by a representative of Tarie Hope Tailored. Unless a quote states otherwise, it is valid for 14 days from the date of issue. Prices quoted in USD are subject to prevailing exchange rates at the time of invoicing if payment is made in local currency.
Deposits and payment
Deposit amounts, payment milestones, and accepted payment methods are specified in each engagement contract. Work does not begin until the agreed deposit has been received and cleared. Late payments may result in delays or suspension of work at our discretion.
Intellectual property
Designs, pattern blocks, technical specifications, and all creative work produced by Tarie Hope Tailored remain our intellectual property unless a written contract explicitly transfers ownership to the client. Finished garments are yours; the underlying design files and blocks are not, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

All imagery, written copy, and design elements on this site are the property of Tarie Hope Tailored. You may not reproduce, distribute, or adapt any content without our prior written permission. Requests can be directed to karumbidzaallen21@gmail.com.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Any dispute will be handled under Zimbabwean law, in Zimbabwean courts.
